Pros
Most of the employees have worked together for a long time and are good friends. So job stability is good, so long as you can play the game of politics. They do have benefits now, as well. Vacation time is easy to accumulate, although not much is given, and is easy to use. Family oriented. If you need time off for family emergencies, they are very understanding. Overtime is a regular thing, so it is easy to boost your paycheck.
Cons
Managers are "yes-men" to satisfy CEO. Things go on within this company that do not meet their contract standards and requirements, forcing employees to compromise their ethics repeatedly. Certain managers are nothing but figureheads-their employees literally do all of their work except for attend management meetings. Certain employees are catered to, and if you upset these employees in any way, they will endanger your jobs.
