      Reasonable team of people to work with Pay decent for some employees

      Cons

      Process, process, process.... so many processes hard to get anything done. Tries to be corporate. Minimum sick pay, limited holiday. Appraisal process never ends The Management.

      Tea and coffee facilities, free parking on site, occasional home working during the Covid pandemic.
