Pros
Dynamic, full of energy, etc... This company really tries to have a positive attitude with its employees. Listen complaint, take in account, and improve itself. A lot of details are present lso, to help us each day at work: free cafe, parking free, place in nursery, organisation of party, teleworking etc... It's a startup, so it has its ups and downs. But everyone looks at it the same way, and works with a positive attitude.
Cons
take a high view on many feature need to be release at the same time. It's a normal way to work for a startup, but can be stressful for some people
