Pros
For the time that I've been here, RC has been great to work for and have made a focused effort in looking out for their employees. They work on ensuring that their employees are able to find work that they are will suited for and will work to retain their employees, even after contracts and projects are anticipated to end. They offer strong benefits and compensation. In my own case, they've been highly adaptable in regard to work structure and environment; I was able to work remotely through a good portion of the COVID pandemic and in several instances where I was unable to safely travel due to inclement weather. Though the COVID pandemic has temporarily (and necessarily) put a damper on it, they has been making further efforts in employee engagement and outreach such as after-work outings and community service events with employees.
Cons
As a small business, it is subject to the limitations of such. That close-knit team environment might not be for everyone.
