      low salary no work culture no HR values attitude problem no work is done according to designation, they can ask manager to work as photo copy worker as well

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
