The team at RCK Partners is very supportive. Managers are always happy to help and answer any questions, which makes it much easier when you’re getting started. The interview process was quick, smooth, and informative, so you always know what to expect at each stage. The company is also very supportive when it comes to training. They take the time to teach you everything you need to know so you feel prepared for the role. The KPIs and targets are reasonable, and the company gives you the tools and the support you need to achieve them, and the commission structure is good which makes hitting targets rewarding. Managers are there to help you throughout the process and support you if you need guidance. Everyone in the company is very kind and approachable. The working hours are also good and allow for a healthy social and work-life balance.

No major issues experienced so far

- Some great people - Some decent money to be made (especially when some are given everything) - Good office location.

- Depressing atmosphere - Toxic culture - Unqualified leadership - Lack of professionalism with clients - Ridiculously low retention rate of staff. In an industry already in decline, RCK is leading the way in not being able to adapt or be willing to listen to those outside of the bubble created in 2020. Very questionable "R&D" clients with a lack of industry specific consultants (no one with a software background for example...). Not to mention every compliance team member worth their salt left once they knew doing there job was close to impossible. Seems like the company is in its last chapter, losing staff and clients faster then HMRC can say feeding your animals is not R&D. This faulty towers of "finance" looks soon to follow in the footsteps of other questionable advisors of the time and will either close shop completely or jump abroad to try out cold calling to a diffrent area code. I've heard there's some nice farms over in Spain right? Oh but don't worry, they've associate themselves with politicians and their mates so they must be legit... can't see that potentially turning into a media storm in the future right? Very brave for Mr Hammond to put his name on this - Best of luck.
