Pros
Provided the space to work independently without any micromanagement.
Cons
I worked at the front desk at a clubhouse for one of the adult communities that RCP formerly managed. I worked for the company for several years. When the adult community decided to terminate it’s contract with RCP and not renew, I was essentially laid off. I was then advised by HR that under no circumstances would I be allowed to continue to work independently for the adult community, and if I “disobeyed” this edict, that I would face a lawsuit by RCP. I found this to be an act of spite on behalf of RCP, simply because they were miffed at the adult community for deciding to hire a different management company to work with. When my employment with RCP ended, no one even bothered to contact me to thank me for years I worked for them, or to even say goodbye.
