1. Staff is unprofessional, over aged as well as under paid. 2.The Information Technology systems are outdated, I literally saw one PC with windows XP professional 98 3. The business processes in company are outdated, which requires a lot of paper-pushing jobs regardless of department. 4. Office is built as a paper storage of endless archives, even though company uses external storage space. 5. People are paid below market. 6.
