Flexible schedule that allows you to set your own hours. Helpful management and leads that are quick to answer questions. Pay is based on how fast you work so you are incentivized to get faster and better.
Cons
Very little training so you have to learn as you go. Some jobs are very picky and you are sent back, which, if you have kids or a tight schedule, can be an issue. You are working in stores collecting prices and mostly never have issues but there is always a chance you can get kicked out, this can be an issue for some and you have to be on guard with an answer for what you are doing.

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.
Cons
Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
