Free membership; they treat their employees very well with member appreciation days and stuff like that. Morale is pretty high there and everyone gets along very well. If you're a good worker, it's seen and you're typically rewarded; especially if you work on the customer service side of the gym. Really nice structure and very positive work environment. Every employee gets to workout for free so no room for stress or tensions to rise.
Cons
Depending on what you do, there isn't a ton of room to grow so you kind of end up doing the same thing you start out doing for your whole career there a lot of times; maybe moving into supervisor roles. But that's more the nature of the industry and not so much a reflection of anything wrong that leadership is doing.
