      - Set schedule - Mostly over the phone or email work - Small teams so miscommunication is not an issue - Owner will come in and help and checks in on you genuinely - Always have help on standby

      - Communicating with hosting websites is more work than it needs to be - Not always clear on who should be called to handle certain problems

      Pros

      I've been working at Re/Max Distinctive for the past six months and can honestly say that i have learned so much in my short time here. Although I am not an agent, I have learned how to better myself as a professional.

      Cons

      The office can be quiet sometimes. Not necessarily a bad thing as we all need to get on with our tasks.
