This company is absolutely amazing. It is everything I looked for in an internship and more. They are very hands on and helpful. We have morning huddles every morning with team building exercises. They also have an hour and a half of training Monday through Friday. During training we practice role-playing and learn awesome life hacks to the game of real estate. I was recruited at the Central Michigan University career fair and I NEVER thought I would end up in real estate. It was the environment and culture that drew me in. I am having a hard time passing my real estate exam and have an entire team who are more than happy to help me pass. REALTEAM truly is the best realty company to work for!
