Flexible hours during both the school year and summer. Variety of projects to work on. A lot of hands on experience working on various tasks.

There really is no cons that I can think of, the only real con would possibly be it is on the lower side of software engineer pay as an intern; however it doesn't require the drive to kansas city which is a huge plus.
