Pros
-100% Travel (cool if you don't have a family/spouse)
-Autonomy
-Pay (you will work insanely hard for it)
-Ability to rack up a ton of reward points
-Lucrative for future career paths or experience to start your own business
-Great for networking (I landed a very high paying gig after this place)
Cons
-No real bonus, and people certainly deserve it working there.
-Management is not that great, but it's family owned so you get what you get.
-You don't have a social life, or home life, when you work there.
-Hours are really long (12's, 14's, 16's, and sometimes longer) and because of management, you are constantly playing catch up with the next job.
-There's no time to really enjoy the places you go to because you are usually exhausted by the end of the day, or on another red-eye flight across country.
