6yWe are disheartened and surprised to learn about your particular experience. It appears that you were only with us for a short time, but we thank you for still taking the time to share your thoughts with us. At Retail Solutions, we have and instill an open door culture, and wish you would have mentioned these concerns to us so that we could have researched what was going on and we could make any necessary changes.
Your experience regarding the hurricane in Houston is deeply unfortunate to hear of. Several of our employees were affected by this situation, as you mentioned in your review, and served as the deciding factor in moving forward with our leadership team’s plans. Our decisions are made carefully and always with regards to our employees, and we regret that we were not the right fit for you. We are grateful for your feedback, and we hope that you have found a company which better suits your individual preferences.
