Pros
I love the small company feeling at this reputable national brokerage group. At Retail Solutions, despite being a company with offices in multiple states, I have never have problem with calling the founder or the CEO directly for coaching advice or opinions. They understand that their people are the core of the company and so they're never too big to talk to you (I originally started from the lowest rank). The company did a great job in establishing its culture where team work and talent are always promoted. I noticed a couple negative reviews about the company here and can I understand why the company isn't a good fit for everyone. If you're looking for an easy life with a job with low or no challenge, this is not the right place for you. If you're a go-getter and want an exciting job, RS is the right place for you.
Cons
As of October 2018, RS is going through many changes and upgrades to its internal IT system in order to automate many different supporting services so it's not easy to keep up with the changes in the new supporting tools. But I guess it's for a better future. I can live with that.
