An innovative place that values employee success and happiness. Very collaborative environment where you can learn loads of new things and wear many different hats if you choose to. The people are fun, friendly, hardworking and care about producing strong results within a unique creative atmosphere. These are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Not to mention the great workspace with awesome benefits. The CEO and management team is also very involved and highly encouraging, so overall an amazing place to work!

I don't really see this as a con, but being somewhat of a new company in the States, there are certain processes that aren't outlined as of yet. This is somewhat the fun part though. We can make it what we want and everyone's opinions and suggestions are accounted for.

The leadership at Results.com truly practice what they preach and the outcome is a passionate group of employees, aligned to what matters and with the autonomy to make a difference. Clear strategy, real time KPI's, dynamic OKR's, radically transparent and the best meetings I've ever experienced professionally. Trinet benefits are very good and 4 weeks PTO is awesome!

Typical start up challenges means timing growth and the resources needed to achieve that growth are not always spot on. Also they are still catching up to their recent doubling in headcount so some of their processes are still being developed.
