Toxic environment with favoritism and lack of accountability - Welder 2 REV Group Employee Review

Supervisors sleeping with each other and covering for each other's dirt. Seniority means nothing you just have to tickle someone's balls to get ahead in anything. Everything is always someone else's problem. And they pay less than other welding companies and are taking away overtime, so what's the point? There's no profit for its employees to be made they cut entire work days out without notice because of the incompetence of the managers that are constantly neglecting the equipment, improperly staffing and scheduling etc etc etc
