I can name literally 100 pros: 1)You are in a really bad mental state but you dont have money to go to Pabna. Just go to reve and they will take care of it. 2)They really nurture talents. For example a dumb buetian will get more salary than you even if you are so good at engineering.But again you did not get chance at BUET.Its your fault not theirs. 3) They always keep an eye on you because they really take care of you. Even when you are discussing something with your senior at cafe the HR will rush at you saying babe you should be at your desk now. 4)HR(The guy with skinny pants) is the best guy you can ever meet in your life. He will always teach about the importance of being here. He will describe how he recieved a good offer from bla bla company but he chooses to stay here. He is really a qualified person and everybody wants him. He prays six times a day. Regular five times for him and extra one for his employees well being. 5)They really care about your future. They are always two months ahead of you. Thats you always get your salary two months late. 6)Provident fund means future fund. But why do you want it just after your resignation? Just run after me for nine months. You have to show your commitment that your provident fund really means future fund to you. 7)They train you future. For example there might be a time when you have to starve.Thats why they always somehow manage top notch quality trash food for you. And boom after eating those good you never have to medicine for food poisioning because you are already trained enough. 8)They have really good knowledgeable person to teach you.One person with beard has been learning machine learning for the past six years and he still does not how machine learning works. Imagine the level of depth he possess. He is very good at google search too. He always searches google and tell you about your next day work. Also, he promotes praying five times. If you pray five times you get an increment and heaven both. 9)Also they arrange quantum session on january 1st to fix your mental health. You will have a laughing session at CEO too.This guy has got an award for best CEO too. So imaging the quality of people surrounding you. 10)The guy with beard never fails to let you remember that you have to cope with every situtation. He will always insult you no matter what. Always discuss with HR about well being of you and how to give you a decrement and will use you as a shield for his failure. 11)For non-buetians, its a company that always look for you and care for you. You will learn to get cornered by brilliant buetians. 12)The owner of this company own a garment too.As a good man, he never discriminates among his employees.He will make sure that you are no less than a garments worker.
