      Well, we are glad to see that you recognize the great opportunity here at REVGEN and that you had a positive experience with leadership! By design, this is a demanding program. Those who finish almost always see the reward in it! Most people find better work life balance than they had previously. Unfortunate to hear "exploitative" used as a word to describe the program. That's a first for us. We value finding the win, win, win in every situation and are typically very open about any decisions that are made.       Pros

      This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

      Cons

      The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
