Pros
- Pay was well above Industry Average for Customer Support - Team Leads were working to constantly improve - The mission and goals of the company itself are something that could be groundbreaking
Cons
- Future cashflow leads to unending anxiety about your job's security. - Executive and Middle Management doesn't seem to understand how to communicate suggestions and concerns from those actually working in individual departments. - Protects know Sexual Harassers - "Benefits" is a loose term. The Health Insurance is ridiculously expensive, and negates any positive compensation. - Executive Leadership takes zero responsibility for poor outcomes, and simply pushes those outcomes and responsibilities on those actually doing the work to improve Stops of Service and dealing with customers directly.
