RFA Engineering Response

I am truly sorry that your experience with RFA was only a "1" star...we strive daily to make sure our employee's experience is a good one while in our employ. We think our benefit plan that includes self-funded quality healthcare (not ACA open market), vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and disability insurance is extremely competitive in price and rivals the plans of some of the OEMs that do business with. Lunch breaks (within our home office) are scheduled from 11:30-12, however if lunch runs long for someone, as long as they make up the time, we are fine with that. Since our business sells time to our clients, we need to make sure our time is accounted for. As far as coming in on a day off, in the home office we do work a 4 day work week (4 x 9.5 hours) and generally have Fridays off. However when we are busy, we give employees the option to come in on Friday to work "extra time" (which we compensate for). Again, sorry if you had a bad experience. Good luck in your next endeavor!
