Never worked anywhere as bad as this, total nightmare from day one with no structure in the training or the role. There's lack of transparency and bad communication between different team members, so you will not feel welcome, overall culture of extreme croynism and senior managers are very clicky. Expect to be micromanaged and overworked as they are understaffed. There's a lack of morale for a reason, and most employees are disingaged from their very repetitive and dull work... The staff turnover among new employees is high, promotion is almost impossible to get and to top it off, the pay is absolutely awful, completely below market. On top of that, you won't get much exposure to the banking industry at all, and senior staff especially lack finance expertise. Apart from some market research skills, you will not gain any significant transferable skillsets. Avoid if possible, there are other companies that have decent processes and will give you an opportunity to progress quickly.
