Pros
Great people work here, easy to form relationships with other employees. No expectation to constantly work over time. 1/2 day Fridays. Good employee involvement and social activities such as lunches, after work events, and charity events.
Cons
Unreliable work flow, hard to feel secure in your position, everything is driven by numbers and billable hours, limited technical training. They over hire when busy and then have to let people go when not enough work. Upper management is disconnected from entry-mid level employees. Management style and company organization is antiquated. Departments compete against each other rather than all work together for a common goal as a company.
