Pros
Since joining RG, I have gone from not enjoying coming to work in previous jobs, too loving coming to work every day. This isn't just down to enjoying the atmosphere in the office or the extremely generous commission scheme that is setting me for life financially. The reason I love coming to work is mainly down to the progression that has been given to me. I have gone from a trainee recruiter to a consultant, then onto a senior consultant and have finally landed myself in a management position. This is because RG are a company that give opportunity to those who deserve it and would never hold you back in your career. Moreover, I have been supported by my previous manager and the directors of the business throughout the entire process, to help me maximise my potential.
Cons
The main con I would say is that there is not onsite parking, the 3 minute walk from the parking available on the roadside can be a bit chilly in winter... It's a nice problem to have in summer though! Also, I work long hours, this is my decision as I can't get what the paychecks I want out of a 35-40 hour week. I can't think of another career path I could go with, that will pay me over £100k, without going to University for 7 years. So working long hours for a big financial benefit can't be classed as a 'Con'
