you can show up late because nobody is ever on time
Cons
you can work 2 hours 1 day and 14 hours the next, try to hold you against your will in a store till its finished even if you work in the morning. you could drive a hour to a store and it be cancelled cause the manager Nancy is a incompetent useless moron along with most the managers who ignore all emails and calls .
