      Guaranteed hours. Good pay. Benefits

      Cons

      At-will employment. I worked thee for 2.5 years. Always exceeded. 1 small incident and was given final written warning. They bypassed the 1st 2nd and went straight to final. 2 weeks later was terminated for being 4 minutes late
