Pros
Consecutive 12-hour shifts, which means consecutive days off.
Cons
I've been with this company for 3 years and it is steadily getting worse. No raises, no bonuses, not even a Christmas card. They keep adding more and more to the workload and refuse to give raises or hire enough staff. Getting injured here is something you should just learn to expect. They also will accept ANYONE- including violent and dangerous patients, people who may be medically unstable, and clients who are beyond the scope of practice are still forced on the nurses. We've been forced to accept COVID positive clients despite the fact that we have no isolation room and no proper ventilation. Oh, and if you get COVID they make you use all of your PTO during your time off. Administration tries to intimidate staff by constantly telling us that they are constantly watching us on the cameras.
