      - Great overall working environment - Staff and admin are very supportive - Three months of summers are free of classes for faculty - great for travel & uninterrupted time for research and personal projects - Excellent exposure and involvement with accreditation activities - Develop a great bandwidth of teaching portfolio (due to smaller department faculty sizes)

      Cons

      - Little time / funding for research during the Fall & Spring semesters - Heavy teaching load
