Pros
Truly a good organization that cares about people and does a solid job at creating a fun work culture. Growth opportunity - since being at the company, I have watched individuals get promoted into more challenging roles helping to grow their career. The pay is better than I was making at my previous companies. (which makes since because no one leaves a job to go to a new job making less I guess). I feel like I actually have a voice and that I am not just a number. Performance reviews where I have the opportunity to talk about things I’ve done throughout the year along with hear feedback about my performance from customer and leadership.
Cons
You are working as a consultant and sometimes the customer can be unpredictable which directly affects you and your day to day responsibilities, however that is the nature of the business I guess.
