Pros
Talented co-workers who are extremely helpful, caring, and enthusiastic about RL and it's growth. It is nice to work with others who are uplifting and understanding! I am a process person and RL leans heavily on that aspect to get the job done properly & efficiently, which I also enjoy.
Cons
Property Management is a tough business. You have 2 customers to please, tenants & owners, which both have opposing thoughts on how much or how little is enough. This does cause a lot of stress, but we are always working on making it a little brighter.
