Owner is great guy, really cares about his employees and it shows.
Minimum and reasonable amount of administrative tasks
Systems (payroll, etc) well thought out, ease to use
New business is growing, creates more opportunities for employees.
It's a job where you are the product. RLA sells your services to HP. You can ignore all your monthly meetings with your RLA manager, because what are they going to do? RLA will not fire you. They need you to work, because you are their revenue stream.
Cons
The RLA managers still try to micromanage you. If you travel on an HP business trip RLA tries to put you on a per diem, even though they just expense everything back to HP.
