Development teams and especially product, project management are downright toxic. People are quitting constantly. No one currently there built any of their applications due to attrition, so current teams don't even really know how anything works, nor do they have the skills, desire or time allotted to learn. The assembly line pace of superficial, rushed features providing little benefit is completely overshadowed by the amount of tech debt generated to rush releases. All productivity is tied to meeting points per sprint so developers rarely implement best practices, they do as little as possible to get it out the door and are willing to do use horrible development practices that should never be part of any SDLC. All resulting in an already mediocre (at best) product getting worse and newer applications, built on better architecture meeting the same fate ultimately.
