Pros
Great people, although most have now left Potential to improve Good base salary and benefits SLT are improving the amount of communication from the top down.
Cons
What used to make RM a great place to work is the people. Most of which have now left or, are looking to leave. The company is going through a massive restructure and currently in transition. Despite open conversations regarding issues, management appear oblivious to the companies inability to deliver even the basic services to our customers. Focus required on service delivery rather than expecting structural changes to fix all the issues. Customers are unhappy and sensing the cultural shift. Last year, sales targets were released in Q3. This year we're 8 months in and although we have a target, we have no way to measure our performance due to the new and complex commission structure. Poor internal systems and manual processes make Account Management near impossible. Quotes and project design work can take months at which point customer will have purchased from elsewhere. Antiquated CRM system with little to no reporting. The company is falling behind with its product offering. In a fast moving industry its lack of agility is showing. New product launches are unsuccessful at best and existing product set has remained stagnant for years. Not agile enough bringing new solutions to market. Unmanageable workloads mean little work/life valance. Set to worsen with the imminent leavers.
