Pros
• People / colleagues on the same level / project are friendly and helpful (some lead also friendly)
Cons
• MD has no direction
• Getting more and more micromanagement, like forced only able to leave at 6pm
• Messy HR policy that keeps changing, even change back to the oldways
• A lot of internal dramas & backstabbing between Management and normal employee like us
• No bonus / 13 months salary and keep on making empty promises just like pie in the sky
• No increment or performance review nor even career growth
• Use high salary to hire staff that doesn't help much to either the company or staff, and we the staff work hard that given underpaid salary
• Only few benefits
