Pros

- Always attempt to promote from within. - They always make you feel like family. - Pay is fair and above what I felt like I was worth. - Upper management cares about you and your wellbeing. - PTO is great and they restructured insurance programs to help everyone afford it. - Staff outings are always curated perfectly and the annual holiday party is a hoot! - Staff at property level feel valued and heard when problems of concern arise. - Owners/Regional managers put their faith in you to do your job without looking over your shoulder. - Always updating and fixing employee guidelines to fit an evolving clientele. - New staff training sessions are a plus! - Upper management encourages a healthy work/life balance. - Owners are involved in the property management without overpowering the on-site teams and ask questions about procedures before enacting a new policy or procedure.

Cons

- Length of time between increased PTO is a bit long. Maybe more gradual steps between them to help promote staff members staying longer. - Uniforms are great, but I do wish skirts were not required and that there was more variety in selection for different body types.

Hours are good and there are extra days off.

Cons

No room for growth, they only promote family. They previously talked everyone out of applying for a promotion so they could promote an inexperienced family member. The bonuses are a joke, the salaries and raises are low. There is no human resource department. The corporate offices are rude to employees with questions and worst of all… they recently made a change to healthcare benefits with less than 10 days notice after having a mandatory company meeting about medical benefits where this change was not discussed. The change done in the cloak of darkness will cost some employees thousands of dollars.
