Pros
- Founders are great mentors one can ever ask for, especially at the start of your career! Really supportive and accessible leadership. Fun to work with, seriously! - Young, creative and growing startup. - Flexible timings. - Exponential personal and professional growth (for me anyway). - Array of opportunities mainly because the company is expanding so fast and in various fields of technology. - Freedom to experiment and go about doing the work in new and better ways, so long as it gets the work done, obviously! - They expect a lot out of us which compels us to do better in terms of productivity, creativity, and quality (which is the key!) - We welcome new people to contribute to the budding work culture and friendly environment. - Notice the 'we' above? That's cuz the whole company is a team, there are players with different amazing talents, no one feels left out! I could go on and on.. but you get it, right?
Cons
- Sometimes the work/life balance becomes wobbly due to work load but even that is not as bad considering it's a young and growing startup and everyone is actually motivated to bring the company to new heights and it inspires me every day - So I think that negates itself as a con and there are no other cons that I can think of!
