Very slow to react will cause frustration with those ready to make an impact. - Lots of middle managers in positions based on time at company rather than the ability to lead and develop people and think strategically. Creates frustration and gives senior management team blind spots. - A bonus structure that's been revamped many times and still isn't right. If you're comfortable hitting a budget and beating last year by significant margins but still receiving less than 10% bonus, then this is for you.
