Pros

ROI has been a great company to work with. The duties I take on of submitting estimates for jobs, turning in jobs and communication with operations department has been a great learning experience and an opportunity where I am trusted to develop improvement in my role and have an active say on optimizing processes which has been a major positive for me. Everyone has been supportive within the company and great to work with.

Cons

Sometimes since we are growing so rapidly there are spikes in workload that make it difficult to keep up with, and some structures are still being built which takes patience but that is actually something I like helping with.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working with ROI Construction as a contractor in the solar industry. Their team is extremely approachable and easy to work with, which makes a big difference on fast-paced projects. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to help with anything needed to get the job done right. Communication is one of their biggest strengths. They respond quickly, keep you in the loop, and are very reactive when changes or challenges come up in the field. That level of responsiveness helps projects run smoothly and keeps everything moving on schedule. From a contractor’s perspective, ROI Construction operates with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They clearly care about the quality of their work and the relationships they build with their crews. Overall, I would highly recommend ROI Construction to other contractors looking to partner with a reliable, responsive, and supportive solar installer.

Cons

One thing to note is that because they are very detail-oriented and responsive, they can have high expectations and move quickly when updates or changes are needed. While this can feel fast-paced at times, it ultimately leads to better project outcomes and keeps everything running efficiently.
