Pros

* Well-respected dev shop that is investing its own resources in building a product * Small startup culture with the chops of a seasoned, successful business team. All-hands-on-deck company with the opportunity to wear many hats and contribute to all areas of the business * Friendly, welcoming team members who are super cool and fun to be around * Extremely competent and experienced middle management who are awesome to report to

Cons

* Top leadership fail to communicate a clear vision for the company and product, leading to ad hoc, disjointed decision-making and confusion about the overarching product goals * Severe micromanaging from strong personalities at the top forces frequent scrapping and rework, interrupts sprint cycles, and slows progress. This leads employees to feel a lack of agency, as well as a sense that management does not fully trust/respect the heads of product and sales/marketing * Little investment in employees’ personal professional growth, or in culture-building * Penny-pinching attitude when it comes to benefits, perks, and social events, despite claims of record-breaking revenue growth, makes folks feel underappreciated and undervalued

Pros

3 weeks vacation Argentina holidays paid Christmas "bonus" (one salary divided in 2 annually) Payment in USD

Cons

The manager/leadership area leaves EVERYTHING to be desired, they do not consider the human resource, they like to make you feel less and that you owe them something just because they pay in USD. You have no privacy, because they will call you on your cell phone at will no matter what happened. "Team building" does not exist in their dictionary.
