Most of them are very short shifts paid at minimum wage. Their contact centre is useless as I have been calling to ensure a shift because the app. did not work and the CS adviser did not book me in making me lose the shift!!I have contacted them later to ensure my App and I am still waiting for an answer. Call back this morning and nobody replied. Plus when you are working in their venues there is no coordinate about breaks, tips entitlement to food or drinks even if the shift can be long. There is no chance one can get any support in regards to transport or parking space considering that waiting staff are leaving very late in the night sometimes and most restaurant can have a special deal with taxi companies. If you travel by car the parking space in the city will take off part of your earning
