Pros
Everyone is friendly and works together as a team. Free breakfast and snacks are a nice perk. This is a very fast paced environment so if you don’t work well under deadlines or pressure, you probably won’t enjoy it. Since I have been employed, they have promoted managers who were already employed instead of hiring a new person. So advancement opportunities are there.
Cons
Benefits are a little expensive but the plans cover a lot.
