In regards to your comments:
We are operating in countries with strict labor laws. When it comes to employees departures, we will discuss with the employee on the best arrangement for both the employee and the team during the transition. There are times that we recognize that long notice is not needed. Hence, it explains the short notice for amicable departure in the best interest of the company.
I appreciate you sharing your personal perspective, and while I disagree with your comments about our management team, that doesn’t mean we always do the right things. Bonus is purely at the discretion of the company and subject to both company and employees’ performance. We have to consider the full year 2021 performance before finalizing the performance bonus structure and as you know the economy is trying to pick up from the first year of the pandemic last year. Hence, we are making sure we are paying our employees fairly following the market with a performance review in Q4 2021 last year for all departments.
One of our priorities for this year is to build the RPG culture following our core values including “taking ownership” . We are aware as the company grows, the company will evolve along the way but doesn’t mean we get it right every time. Learning is all part of the development process.
