There are many opportunities for growth, the company encourages innovation, and rewards quality work. The company is also very well positioned in the Federal marketspace that should enable continued positive growth and protection during recessions.
Cons
RQ is a large company that has grown quickly. There are always some growing pains with rapid growth and as a large construction company, there are some project teams that don't perfectly represent RQ's values.
