Pros

CAD and Revit Software is up to date, with an on staff CAD manager that is very knowledgeable. On staff IT, very knowledgeable and can fix issues immediately. Offers Continuing Education, during your lunch hour and will cover a portion of your licensing fees after 6 months of employment. Extremely friendly staff Several company sponsored events, holiday, family, etc. Some of the Partners interact well with the general staff

Cons

Poor position training - Did not start training me on the position I was hired for until 4 months with the company and training was not from a supervisor it was from a fellow co-worker. They expect a new hire to start completing task without first explaining their process/design standards. Poor Management - Did not review the company's project process and the overall scope of work to be completed in my department. Current management does not delegate task well. Does not give task in a logical order. Partners/Upper Management are disconnected from low management/department managers, allowing department management/supervisors full reign of hiring and firing without their assessment. Department management/supervisors expected long work hours, despite an employee's personal obligations, i.e. family with young children

Pros

RRMM Architects is a wonderful place to work with a great group of talented Architects and Designers. I worked on variety of interesting projects and my colleagues were always willing to help when needed.

Cons

I do not have any cons for this company. The only reason I left was because I had to move out of state.
