Pros
RS is an incredibly welcoming company, everybody has gone above and beyond to embrace new starters into the organisation, whilst giving you the freedom to do things in your own way, bringing fresh ideas into the business at the same time. Social responsibility and well-being really matter, with a genuine compassion and empathy being displayed at all levels of the organisation. These is a nice counterpoint to some organisations, where these often feel like buzzwords, or box ticking exercises. There is ample opportunity to grow and develop, both personally and professionally, with plenty going on all the time across a broad range of projects and programs, things are never boring and always keep you moving on with something new to do or learn.
Cons
In any large organisation, decisions, communication and stakeholder management can be tricky to navigate, but with the right intention and approach this can be easily navigated.
