Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional experience with this employer. There were no clear expectations, no proper support during the training period, and I was terminated without notice despite doing my best. I was still in the process of learning, yet they made a sudden decision to let me go

I was hired by this company through OnlineJobs.ph and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After just two months—still within what I understood to be the training period—I was terminated without any prior notice or a proper explanation. They cited repeated task errors, but I believe I was performing well, especially given my years of experience working in similar roles through this platform. During my short time with the company, I was assigned tasks during their busiest period, with minimal support or proper onboarding. I did my best to adapt and deliver results under pressure. However, once their workload decreased and shipments became fewer, they suddenly ended my employment. I find this treatment unfair and unprofessional. I’m sharing this review as a heads-up to other job seekers, in hopes that it helps others make more informed decisions when applying.
