Good people, good technology, OK culture, somewhat flexible work environment.
Cons
If you are willing to... and can withstand constant change (and I emphasize constant!) in the management structure every 6-12 months then maybe you'll be able to handle the place. I went thru 17 lay-offs and 8 managers in 13 years... it was rediculous.
