Bad Since the Buyout - Business Analyst RSA Security Employee Review

Since the buyout: - Jobs were combined to cut costs - close to 50% of certain sections of the company got cut by the new owners (STG a private equity firm) - No job security (STG is looking to sell off the company into parts which to me means the current employees aren't gaurunteed to last. If STG can cut costs more they most certainly will) - Management has no clear direction and can often lead to employees having to make last second changes.
