Pros
Solid leadership team, very collaborative and supportive of the field sales team. Great benefits and work life balance. The Archer IRM software is extremely well built, feature-risk, highly configurable without having to code, great reporting and dashboards. Product UI has improved significantly over the last several years. Mobile apps are great, easy to use, and require virtual no user training.
Cons
Internal processes are improving significantly after the exit from Dell. Archer has streamlined internal processes that eliminate prior bottlenecks, which are having a positive impact on the business.
